1. Application of terms
Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement and these additional terms apply to Habit Dots. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.
2. Nature of the service
Habit Dots is a habit tracker, not a medical device, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency service. Apple Health and connected-device records may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Do not rely on the app for important medical decisions.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for habit and display names you enter or share. Do not use unlawful, threatening, or rights-infringing content. A group owner manages the group and deleting it may also affect participants’ shared records.
4. Pro purchase
HabitDots Pro is a non-consumable in-app purchase, not a subscription. Payment, Family Sharing eligibility, refunds, and taxes follow Apple’s App Store terms and purchase sheet. Restore purchases with the same Apple account.
5. Availability and updates
Features can be temporarily unavailable because they depend on iCloud, Apple Health, StoreKit, or network service. We may update the app for security, law, compatibility, or operations, and may require an update from materially incompatible versions.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is.” The developer is not liable for indirect loss caused by unforeseen network or Apple-service outages, permission settings, or device loss. Limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
7. Governing law and contact
