Habit Dots · Legal & Support

Privacy Policy

Habit Dots processes only what it needs. Apple Health data stays on your device and is never used for advertising or tracking.

1. Controller and contact

The Habit Dots developer is responsible for this app’s data practices. Contact: znaensu@naver.com

2. Information we process

Apple Health data and automatic records derived from it never leave your device and are not stored in iCloud.

3. Purposes and legal basis

On-device processing provides the habit-tracking service you request. Private iCloud sync and shared groups are optional and operate when you choose and consent to enable them. We do not use data for advertising, profiling, or third-party marketing.

4. Sharing and retention

Private sync uses your Apple account’s private CloudKit database. Group data uses a CloudKit share available only to invited participants. Apple provides CloudKit and StoreKit; invited participants can see group data.

Device data remains until you delete it or remove the app. Private iCloud data remains until you use “Delete all personal data.” Group data remains until you leave or the owner deletes the group. Limited backups may follow Apple’s retention policies.

5. Your choices and rights

Revoke Apple Health access in iPhone Settings. Turn off iCloud in the app. Use Settings → Privacy → Delete all personal data to erase device and private iCloud copies. Leave or delete each group from its menu. Contact us for access or privacy questions.

6. International users and children

Apple infrastructure may process information outside your country under Apple’s safeguards. Habit Dots is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children who require parental consent under applicable law.

7. Changes

We will provide notice in the app or on this page for material changes and request renewed agreement when required. The effective date appears below.
